Relax and let go.  Restorative Yoga is often referred to as "active relaxation".  We will be supporting the body with props, to stimulate and relax the body.  These soothing and well-supported poses offer us the opportunity to linger quietly for a few moments and savor the simple sweetness of life.  Register early as props and space are limited!
