Come enjoy a very complete DeRose Method practice open to all levels. Ease your way into arm balances. We'll be covering all angles: from concentration exercises, to breathing techniques, from beginner poses to the most advanced arm balances and handstands. Beginners, intermediate and advanced students are all welcome! Come get enlightened! Cost $25 or do it as a series with the Asana Workshop for $40.
