This Workshop will help you gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to manage a medical emergency using CPR, an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and first aid until more advanced help is available.  This Workshop will focus on your essential responsibilities as a first aid provider: Recognizing a medical emergency, making the decisions to help, identifying hazards and ensuring personal safety, activating the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system, and providing supportive, basic, first aid care.  Upon completion you will receive a certification good for 2 years from Medic First Aid. Cost $45
