February 15th, 2010 Monday 5:30pm - 7pm with Tasha Kauihou, eRYT
Relax after the Great Aloha Run.  This class will start off with gentle movement to create space in the body to prepare it for deep relaxation.  We will explore restorative poses by using props to open the hips and lengthen the hamstrings.  These soothing and well-supported poses offer us the opportunity to linger quietly for a few moments and savor the simple sweetness of life.  Even if you are not a runner.  You can still join us!
