Starts August 11th, Wednesdays at 10am - 11:15am and Fridays at 10:15am - 11:30am
This 8 Week series class includes yoga and movement to aid recovery from pregnancy and birth, discussion and community building to ease the transition into motherhood, and a fun opportunity to connect with your baby. Babies are always honored in this class, even when they are crying, need to be changed or fed. Moms never need to leave the class to meet their babies' needs. If you are struggling with a fussy baby, you will find comfort and support here.  No prior yoga experience needed.  Dads are welcome too.
