June 7th - June 12th Monday - Saturday at 8:30am - 10:30am with Tasha Kauihou, eRYT
The stresses and activities of your everyday lives are often reflected in the tightness and discomfort in our hips.  One of the reasons is because many of our negative emotions such as stress, anger, sadness etc. like to live in places in our bodies where they can hide out. Places that get the least amount of stretching and release. You all know the feeling of moving into a hip opening posture and while you may feel its intensity and discomfort at the moment, you always feel so much better afterwards. In this 6 day Asana Intensive you will really delve deep into your hips. To do this your body needs to be very warm so you will commence the class with a heat building, hip and thigh opening sun salutation sequence and flow through sequences that will incorporate hip openers where you will spend time breaking down and exploring the postures deeper.  Space is limited! Register now! Cost is $135 for the 6 days.  Drop ins must call to check on space availability ahead of time.  Drop ins are $30
  Price: $135.00
