Janna M. Edwards, RYT has been practicing yoga since 2000. She played a lot of sports and was constantly in and out of physical therapy. Janna decided to pursue yoga as a method of injury prevention. As soon as she began taking yoga classes she knew that yoga would be more than just another form of exercise. When she was in college getting her degree in the Science of Human, Nutrition, and Exercise; she became part of her university's fitness staff. She taught yoga classes to the faculty, staff and students for two years. After graduating in 2006 she moved to Hawaii and decided to pursue yoga. She recently graduated from Yoga Hawaii's Teacher Training and is a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She is currently working as a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness on Bishop St. and pursing her nursing degree at the Hawaii Pacific University. Janna truly loves yoga and sharing it with other people.
